Organic Hulled Barley Flour: Organic Barley flour is prepared from ground barley. Barley flour is used to prepare barley bread and other breads, such as flat bread and yeast breads. Some people substitute it into a regular recipe for up to 1/2 of the ordinary flour. It has a mild, but slight nutty flavor that compliments other grain flours. It is a good flour to substitute into quick breads, muffins and cookies.
